Prices vary depending on the vehicle, duration, and distance. Here's a quick overview of our starting rates:

For our sedans and SUVs, there is no set minimum — we're flexible and happy to accommodate shorter bookings, including one-way trips and airport transfers.

For our stretch limos, we have a 2-hour minimum to ensure every group gets the full experience their occasion deserves — proper preparation, a spotless vehicle, and a chauffeur ready for the night ahead.

You can book directly through our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weddings, Stampede week, prom season, and New Year's Eve, which fill up quickly.

For stretch limo bookings, a 25% deposit is required to secure your date and vehicle. The remaining balance is due on the day of your booking.

For sedan and SUV bookings, no deposit is required — just book and we'll confirm your reservation. We accept e-transfer and major credit cards.

For pickups and drop-offs within Calgary, our standard hourly rate applies. For destinations outside the city — such as Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, or Banff — a distance surcharge applies to cover drive time and fuel. This will always be discussed and agreed upon before your booking is confirmed. No surprises.

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is straightforward:

More than 48 hours before your booking: Full refund, no questions asked.
Less than 48 hours before your booking: Non-refundable.

For rescheduling requests, we'll always do our best to accommodate you — just give us as much notice as possible.

Every booking — sedan, SUV, or stretch limo — includes a professional licensed chauffeur, complimentary water and soft drinks, your choice of music through our Bluetooth sound system, and a clean, inspected vehicle prepared specifically for your occasion.

Our stretch limos also feature interior mood lighting, a full bar setup (BYOB), and comfortable seating for up to 14 passengers. Our SUVs and sedans offer a premium cabin, climate control, and seamless door-to-door service.

Yes — our stretch limos are BYOB and equipped with a bar setup, ice, and glassware. Alberta law permits the consumption of alcohol inside a licensed limousine, so your group can enjoy drinks during the ride.

Absolutely. Multi-stop routing is included in all bookings — it's one of the biggest advantages of booking a private limo over ride-sharing. Whether you're hitting Stampede Park and a few bars, or doing a wedding venue-to-reception run with a photo stop in between, we'll plan your route with you in advance.

Yes — all of our vehicles are fully insured for commercial passenger transport and undergo regular inspections and maintenance. Your safety is our first priority on every single ride, not just the big occasions.
